Marketing & Communications Manager

Seeton is a Ukrainian system integrator with over 20 years of experience in implementing leading IT solutions for businesses and government institutions.

 Seeton ranks among the Top-3 system integrators in Ukraine and is actively developing its office in Azerbaijan.
 
 We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who will strengthen Seeton’s brand presence in the B2B and IT environment.
 This is a versatile role for someone who can combine marketing, PR, copywriting, and event communications — from content creation to event organization and partner engagement.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing and PR campaigns aimed at increasing Seeton’s brand awareness
• Prepare content for social media and the company website (news, posts, case studies, interviews)
• Organize external and internal events — conferences, partner meetings, forums, corporate gatherings
• Maintain the company’s presence in professional associations and rankings (EBA, IT Association, industry media)
• Collaborate with vendors and partners on joint activities, MDF funds, and BTL projects
• Prepare presentations, press releases, promotional materials, and branded merchandise
• Oversee website and landing page updates, monitor analytics (Google Analytics, SEO)
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or event marketing (preferably in IT or B2B)
• Hands-on experience with social media, media relations, partners, and external contractors
• Strong writing skills — from short posts to full press releases
• Experience in event organization or participation in exhibitions and forums
• Understanding of digital marketing and analytics; basic SEO knowledge
• Confident use of WordPress, Illustrator, Canva / PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and Excel
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2)
