We are currently looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer with negotiation and analytical skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drafting of corporate documents, SPA’s, ancillary documents.
- Manage regulatory and compliance-related issues.
- Interact actively with clients in purchases and sales of companies.
Corporate Lawyer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Strong experience in corporate law and industry knowledge on sale and purchase transactions.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
