About the Organization
We are an organization operating in a regulated environment with a strong focus on legal compliance, risk management, and ethical corporate culture. The Compliance Department plays a key role in ensuring legal integrity and the sustainable development of the organization.
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law
- 2+ years of overall legal experience, including at least 1 year in the contractual sphere
- Strong analytical thinking and legal research skills
- Solid understanding of the regulatory environment
- Excellent legal drafting and business correspondence skills
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher)
- Proficiency in MS Office

- Strong attention to detail and legal risk awareness
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders
- Responsible, and reliable attitude

Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and approve contracts, addenda, NDAs, and related documents
- Conduct legal due diligence of third parties and prepare risk assessments
- Verify and analyze written position papers on their compliance with applicable legislation and internal requirements of the organization
- Prepare legal advice and opinions for internal stakeholders
- Provide ongoing legal support across various legal matters
