TP-Link Ukraine is seeking a GTM (Go-to-Market) Marketing specialist to help drive continuous growth in the Consumer Business Group. As market leaders in the networking space, TP-Link aims to establish a horizontal salesforce network. We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to further enhance the depth of channel development, implement product strategy, and achieve MKT targets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct overall market research for import decision-making, including market size, competitor analysis, and potential summaries.
  • GTM Lifecycle Management: Manage the full process from product forecasting and stock planning to pricing, launching, and lifecycle updates.
  • Sales Activation: Lead sales plans for new products, boost focus model volumes, and monitor performance across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.
  • Marketing & Events: Plan, organize, and oversee marketing events; manage the creation of banners and creative assets for digital advertising.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and MKT departments to align strategies and execute GTM actions.
  • Web design: Creating and updating website product banners, including design adjustments and quality control to ensure all digital assets meet brand standards.
  • Reporting: Summarize sales data and present comprehensive business reviews and GTM reports.

We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in consumer product Go-to-Market (GTM) projects or related product management roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in wholesale, retail, or e-commerce. Previous experience selling IT/Networking products is highly preferred.
  • Product Expertise: Familiarity with the full product lifecycle: market research, new product launching, pricing module monitoring, and PR resource planning.
  • Technical & Creative Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (or similar graphic design tools) for creating internet advertising banners.
  • Advanced Excel skills for sales data analysis and stock planning.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing tools and social media ad formats.
  • Communication: Impressive communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to implement tasks across different departments.
  • Business Mindset: A strong sales sense and a «business review» attitude focused on long-term continuous improvement.
  • Event Management: Ability to manage marketing events from concept to execution and post-event analysis.
  • Languages: English C1, Ukrainian (native speaker)
