Our digital footprint is growing quickly across all three brands, and the scale of paid media operations is expanding along with it.To support this growth and keep our execution best?in?class, we’re strengthening the team and opening a role for a Digital Media Planner.

What You Will Do
Media Planning & Execution
- Plan, launch and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels.
- Coordinate agencies and ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery.
- Manage the full creative production workflow — from briefing and adaptation needs to final approvals and asset delivery.
- Oversee data accuracy across performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Datorama, Google Analytics).
- Conduct market and competitor monitoring to support strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Insights
- Support development of automated dashboards and reporting tools.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare actionable insights for regular business reviews.
Budget Support
- Coordinate key financial processes related to campaign execution
- Monitor spend utilization and support regular financial reporting in collaboration with Procurement and Finance teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, creative and communication teams to ensure seamless execution of paid activities across brands.
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in digital media planning or paid media operations.
- Confident user of Campaign Manager, GA, GTM, Looker Studio.
- Experience with Facebook, AdWords, DV360, GDN, Vchasno would be a plus.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
- Detail-oriented, structured, analytical and comfortable with operational processes.
