PR Manager

We are International Bank and kindly invite you to take the position — PR Manager.

The main goal — Brand awareness increase, promotion of services and initiatives, media relationship management, CEO reputation management.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
• Proven experience as a PR Specialist or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
• Knowledge of PR best practices, media relations, and crisis communications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in PR tools and software for media monitoring and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR campaigns to increase the bank's brand awareness in the Ukrainian market.

• Create press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote the bank's services and initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with local and international media outlets to secure press coverage.

• Organize and manage events, press conferences, and interviews to enhance the bank's public image.

• Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess the effectiveness of PR strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

• Assist in promoting the bank's CEO thought leadership articles, interviews, and speaking engagements. The PR Specialist's role in promoting the CEO of the bank is essential for shaping his public image, increasing visibility, and positioning him as a trusted leader in the industry. 

  • Thought Leadership: The PR Specialist will work with the CEO to develop thought leadership content, such as articles, blog posts, and opinion pieces on industry-related topics. By positioning the CEO as an expert in the field, it can enhance the CEO's reputation and credibility.
  • Media Relations: The PR Specialist will promote the CEO for interviews with relevant media, including newspapers, magazines, online publications and TV. By securing media coverage for the CEO, it can increase his visibility and establish him as a key spokesperson for the bank.
  • Speaking Engagements: The PR Specialist will identify speaking opportunities for the CEO at industry conferences, panels, webinars, and other events. By showcasing the CEO's expertise and perspectives, it can help in building his personal brand and attracting new audiences.
  • Social Media Management: The PR Specialist will coordinate social media strategies for the CEO, including managing his professional profiles on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter/X. By sharing updates, insights, and engaging content, it can amplify the CEO's reach and influence within the industry.
