Project "Strengthening of Ukrainian Municipalities Hosting Internally Displaced Persons" (Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions) (04.2016-12.2016)

Tasks:

• conduction of the assessment (IT equipment/human capacities) of the respective institutional units in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions
• support of the hardware and software procurement for the partner institutions, support of the development of "Operations cloud" (services, providers, waiting time, etc.), support of the development of equipment placement plan and confirmation of the plan with the partner institutions, participation in the launching of the systems
• consultancy support in the development of the Zaporizhzhia region e-learning strategy, preparation and submission of the recommendations for the development and implementation of the strategy
• preparation and conducting of the IT training in content and organization for the partner institutions of Dnipropetrovsk region, organizing the e-learning system for training support.
