Senior Project Officer (Facilitating access to human rights and essential services for IDPs and returnees to Ukraine) at the Council of Europe, May 2025 – November 2025 (covering maternity leave) 
Design, management, implementation and update of project activities within the whole project management cycle in accordance with project workplan and its timelines and in coordination with the Project Manager. 
Management of financial resources through control and follow-up on budgetary and financial issues related to the project activities in accordance with Council of Europe regulations and procedures as well as partner/donor requirements.
Ensuring project reporting, expenditure monitoring and proposing adjustment measures, in line with required regulations and procedures, where and when necessary. 
Organising and participating in project meetings and events, including for external governmental stakeholders and partners abroad, and undertaking follow-up action as required.
Monitoring of progress, evaluation of results, identification and proposal of appropriate adjustments and new activities, if necessary.
Supervision and guidance to team members.
Preparation of reports, briefings, speaking notes and other documents related to the project objectives. 
Liaison with stakeholders such as project consultants, state authorities, donors and other partners as regards the implementation of project activities. 
Contribution to the visibility of the project by disseminating adequate information to those concerned. 
Reporting to Project Manager on the results achieved, ongoing activities, possible challenges, risks and opportunities, further developments or events.
