- formation of the company's inventory management strategy;

- formation of management principles for illiquid inventory in warehouses (analysis, redistribution between warehouses, write-off itc);

- organization of the procedure for selling scrap ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other materials;

- automatization of department reporting (stock turnover, storage period, illiquid and old stocks, free inventory, etc.);

- active participation in the organization of the process of planning the volume of purchases (determining the need taking into account the balances in warehouses, the algorithm for calculating the need in SAP PPM, etc.);

- organization of inventories;

- administration of goods storage in warehouses, control of compliance with the manufacturer's requirements.

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

- managing illiquid inventory balances: making changes to the existing business process; development and implementation of the function of distinguishing illiquid inventory according to the direction of further actions in the SAP accounting system;

- analysis of compliance with the FIFO method when moving goods and using them in production, proposals for automating the selection of lots of goods when moving and using them in production in the SAP accounting system;

- management of commodity reserves in warehouses;- managing illiquid inventory balances: making changes to the existing business process;

- development and implementation of the function of distinguishing illiquid iinventory according to the direction of further actions in the SAP accounting system;

- optimization of transport and special techniques procurement plans of the Naftogaz group by determining the optimal need to ensure continuous operational activity;

- analysis of the balances of parts, batteries, tires, control of timely procurement in the necessary volume and compliance with delivery terms;

- control over the write-off of transport and special techniques;

- development and implementation of regular reporting;

- automation of the transport function: formation of technical task, result testing, staff training, implementation;

- preparation of the concept of transformation of transport and logistics management;

- formation of regulatory documents to ensure processes of supply chain
