Responsibilities:

- Gathering and eliciting requirements from various stakeholders.

- Analyzing, validating and documenting requirements for the project.

- Generating tasks for developers in Jira (in the form of user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.).

- Testing completed tasks and communicating with developers in order to ensure that they meet the acceptance criteria.

- Creating Portal mock-ups in Figma.

- Participating in requirements workshops and Portal weekly meetings.

- Power BI daily updating

Responsibilities:

- Documenting functional and non-functional requirements

- Analyzing the feasibility of the requirements and ensuring they align with business objectives and technical constraints

- Preparing essential project documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria

- Mapping business processes using tools like BPMN and UML diagrams (especially Sequence Diagrams)

- Maintaining and updating documentation throughout the project lifecycle

- Acting as a liaison between business teams and the IT/development teams

- Facilitating meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to align project goals

- Reviewing wireframes or prototypes, made by UI/UX designer, to ensure they align with business requirements

- Updating requirements and user stories to reflect final design decisions- Collaborating on process redesign to optimize workflows

- Assisting in evaluating technical solutions proposed by the development team to ensure they meet business needs

- Working with QA teams to validate that solutions align with the requirements

- Monitoring project progress to ensure it stays on track with the requirements
