• Full-cycle recruitment: receiving job requisitions from managers, sourcing and selecting candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, making hiring decisions, and onboarding new employees;
• Labor market analysis, including researching salary levels and bonus systems, providing recommendations for optimizing compensation packages, and enhancing the company's competitiveness in the market;
• Conducting onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, 1-to-1 meetings, and disciplinary meetings;
• Automation, optimization, and improvement of HR processes;
• Organizing employee greetings for birthdays, work anniversaries;
• Organizing corporate events and team-building activities;
• Operational activities;
• Maintaining positive relationships with employees and addressing their questions and problems.

Oversee the internal Referral Program in EMEA region (8 countries):

• Maintaining the referral database;
• Selecting vacancies for referrals;
• Providing feedback to recommenders;
• Improving tools for maintaining candidates‘ database.

Leading the full recruitment cycle (embedded positions from Junior to Senior level):

• Requirements clarification;
• Conducting direct search and phone screening;
• Scheduling interviews;
• Gathering and providing feedback after the interview;
• Participating in salary negotiation;
• Offer issuing and candidate` support during onboarding;
• Maintaining the candidate`s database.

• Choosing effective channels of search and methods of applicants selection;
• Telephone and personal interviewing applicants (identifying necessary competencies, both personal and professional);
• Gathering recommendations from previous employees;
• Supporting applicants during interviews at companies.
