- Performing project/resource planning (participation in staff recruitment, staff replacement, interviewing people into the team).
- Scrum events facilitation (daily standups, refinement/grooming sessions, 3-amigos, planning meetings, poker planning, retrospectives, and sprint review/demo sessions).
- Managing project risks.
- Monitoring and escalating impediments.
- Managing onboarding activities for newcomers.
- Performing team satisfaction (team buildings, 1to1s etc).
- Working on project requirements and priorities.
- Creating regularly detailed custom reports for team on hours spent and tasks progress.
- Fostering teamwork, and balancing the workload among team members.
- Creating Project documentation.
- Run regular one-to-one and Performance review meetings with team members.
