Work with people affected by war as a part of mobile team in Kharkiv and Kharkiv region (individual and group sessions).

Liaise with authorities in shelters and villages.

Assess beneficiaries' needs, especially the most vulnerable categories.

Provide information about state social services and access to them. Support linking people with services and referrals to relevant services.

Provide emotional support, Psychological First Aid.

Participation in distributions of humanitarian aid.

Close collaboration with all departments of the organization, internal referrals.

Identify the protection needs of the refugees, especially from historically marginalised community

Provide clients with accurate information regarding existing public services

Promote available services, especially in protection services, to refugees

Provide direct emotional support, Psychological First Aid (PFA) to beneficiaries in need of support

Refer the clients who is at-risk internal and/or external services

Supported hundreds of refugees at Przemysl train station and 5 local shelters:

distribution of humanitarian aid;

assist psychologists, childcare and organizing children's activities;

assistanse with immediate needs;

Psychological First Aid and emotional support;

communication and coordination travel routes and logistics coordination of accomodation and connecting to services.
