Position: Program Officer, Translator (English)

Responsibilities: support designing, planning, and execution of humanitarian programs; assist in grant writing, donor reporting, and compliance with funding requirements; draft, edit, and manage project documentation, reports, and correspondence; translate technical, specialized and administrative documents and project related materials from Ukrainian/Russian to English and vice versa; proofread, edit and revise translated materials; compile terminology to be used in translations, including technical terms for legal / medical fields; facilitate effective communication between the parties (IMC staff and local and other authorities); provide simultaneous interpretation during visits to local authorities, health facilities for meetings, telephone calls, etc.; compile standard documents (e.g. letters to governmental bodies, other organizations, MOUs, and edit data); perform administrative duties associated with translation (service agreements, MOUs and other documents); provide administrative support (travel arrangements, hotel reservations for program staff and guests); perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor.

Responsibilities: providing translation of project and operational documentation from/to Ukrainian and English languages; providing simultaneous oral translation during meetings, trainings and field trips, ensuring complete mutual understanding between the participating parties and supporting overall communication process.

Responsibilities: translating into English and conducting
the “Fundamentals of Leadership” distance course for foreign students (including preparation of all related materials – text of lectures, presentations, materials for seminars, etc.); in cooperation with international organizations (in particular, Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH) participating in the “Integrated Urban Development in Ukraine” project, translating the “Fundamentals of Leadership” textbook (300 pages), participating in educational and scientific projects of the Human Resource Development Department (preparation and translation of scientific articles, educational and methodical materials of the department, etc.).

Responsibilities: conducting market research and economic analysis on global oil and gas trends; develop partnerships, negotiate contracts and agreements with foreign partners, suppliers, and clients; work closely with legal teams to address contractual, regulatory, and economic issues; representing the company in international business forums, trade associations, and government negotiations; maintaining communication with shareholders and investors on economic developments; preparing reports and presentations for senior management on economic trends and business outlooks.

Position: Receptionist (Hotel Front Desk Agent).
Responsibilities: checking guests in and out; managing room bookings in-person, online, and through phone calls; answering inquiries (including special requests); dealing with customer complaints when needed.
