Responsibilities:
- Organization of work process

- Managing calls and meetings
- Advanced user of PC (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems)
- First communication with clients
- Documentation management
- Collection, processing and provision of information for preparation and decision-making
- Conducting business communication

- Quality support 24/7 in chats, email and calls
- Creating and resolving tasks in ticket system
- Communicating in English
- Working with geo America
- Encouraging customer with creating personal bonuses for them and help them being satisfied with usage of our platform
- Solving all issues connected to proofs of identity and documents
- Uploading documents and help with the verification and safety of the customer’s account
- Uploading, checking, adding and deleting cards that client wants to use on his account/checking all info to prove the card is on the customers name and info
- Night shifts + day shifts
- Work in Zendesk
- working with CRM systems

- Quality 24/7 support in support systems;
- Encouraging the customer to use the product in the future;
- Processing customers in the Telegram account;
- Working with all documents and spreadsheets;
- Help colleagues and answer any questions;
- Customer processing in geo: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, India, Indonesia, Brazil, America, England;
- Dealing with Disputes and Refusals;
- Handling Heavy Clients.
- Working with CRM systems
- Onboarding and final testing for the new workers (in office and distantly)
- Handling any problems occurred on place by team members
- Elaborate the KPI for the team
- Watch the team members’ schedule and observance of all rules
