HRG/HRBP NDA | Ukraine, Kyiv company | Mar 2023 – Mar 2024

  • An international product company that develops and provides tech and marketing solutions for the Gaming and entertainment industry. Launching 2 startups from scratch. Work on the projects was carried out simultaneously.
  • Creating and achieving HR Strategy taking into account business priorities;
  • Partnering with business leaders and providing HR advisory in all HR functions: onboarding, performance management, career development, engagement, dismissal and legal issues;
  • Managing a team;Reporting to the CEO (company owner);
  • Closing difficult and TOP positions (TOP managers, Tech, Executives); Developing and implementing HR procedures;
  • Onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement and retention;
  • Knowledge and experience in various search methods and techniques in IT area.

Achievements:

  • Created 2 teams for 2 projects (35 and 100+ people) from scratch;

  • Full Stack IT Recruitment process. Working at the same time with 5+ positions (Scala Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, PMs, Sales managers etc.) to find suitable candidates from junior to senior.
  • Number of my monthly accepted offers: 2-3;
  • Searching passive candidates via targeted talent mapping, database searching, generation of monthly executive sourcing activity and intelligence reports that were reviewed and discussed with HR Leadership team and executive staff.

  • Closing difficult vacancies that could not be filled for more than 5 months;
