My involvement as a member of the RFPs tender committee highlights my ability to participate in strategic decision?making processes. This committee focuses on selecting service providers capable of meeting the diverse needs of our organization across the country.
A significant aspect of my role as an HR Officer involves overseeing the entire recruitment process.
