TASKS AND DUTIES:To be in charge of all accounting records related;To check, before recording any entry, that the invoices and records are compliant with company regulations and procedures and with ukrainian legal standards;Translation of all accounting documents into English;To record all expenses in the excel cashbook on a daily basis, and to properly fill in the information needed (date, accounting code, project, budget code etc…);To prepare monthly closing, revision and integrity of accounts in company standards as well as Ukrainian standards;To supervise physical maintenance and safety of cash box and report immediately any discrepancies to superior;To manage the petty cash and prepare bank transfers;To do and follow up pay-outs and advances, within established guidelines;To keep the registry of pay-outs;To make salary sheets signed by employee;To estimate the base monthly needs for funds and submit cash request;To be responsible for archiving all accounting & finance documents;
From October 2021 till July 2022, I am acting as a HR officer.
TASKS AND DUTIES:Ensure that procedures for recruitment and terminating contracts are adhered to and follows local law requirements;Ensure that personnel files are kept up to date and deadlines respected following PUI standards and local law requirements (annual performance reviews, contract amendments, orders…);Prepare new employment contracts;Prepare the monthly salaries and payroll processing and issue payslips;Update HR database with personnel related information and ensure accuracy of data (attendance, leaves…)

Prepare finance and HR documents to submit to financial coordinator for audit.Along with Admin Manager, monitors base cash flow, controls payments and is the bank contact for the base.Participates in the integration of any new employee on the base, conducts their financial induction and ensures, among other things, that administrative, personnel and financial procedures are explained and understood.Ensure compliance with the organization's Rules of Procedure at his/her base.S/he oversees the administrative management of national staff, including contract management, attendance and absence monitoring, creation and maintenance of employee personnel files, and archiving.Payroll.Organizing training sessions for employees. Tasks and responsibilities Finance, Budget and Accounting Management: Oversee the financial, accounting and budgetary management of the base and ensure compliance with relevant procedures, with functional support from the Mission Finance Coordinator.Human Resources Management: Supervise the administrative activities of human resources management at the base with functional support from the Mission Human Resources Coordinator or the Administration and Finance Coordinator.Administration: Manage the administrative management of the base and ensure compliance with relevant procedures, with functional support from the Mission Finance Coordinator.Coordination, Reporting and Representation: Centralise and disseminate information in a database on all matters related to financial, administrative, legal and human resources, and participate in internal and external reporting in these same areas.  Represent the association to partners, authorities and various local entities related to financial, administrative, legal and human resources issues of the base.Team Management: Man
