•Support in implementation of office processes and protocols as per SCI Standard Operating Procedures, health and safety;
•Initiate the payment requests for all SCI rented premises (incl. apartments for International staff, arranging accommodations for visitors, Officerent, etc.)

•Supervises office cleaners ensuring office space and guest houses are kept clean and are in appropriate condition.
•Assist in preparing reports to management and other stakeholders;
•Support the development of operational budgets when required;
•Ensure all the documentation are kept safe and confidential;
•Provide efficient support to international staff and visitors, arranging transportation and accommodation.

The Patient Support Officer will be responsible for communicating the services offered by the Chernivtsi Tier 1 EH to the community and ID population.
Additionally, the Patient Support Officer will support the Chernivtsi Tier 1 EH through liaising with partner organizations to assist with the transport of beneficiaries from other locations to the Samaritan's Purse Tier 1 EH for medical treatment.
The patient support officer will also be responsible for the communication of needs of the community to the Medical Coordinator.
At times the patient support officer may be called upon to fulfill duties notdirectly involved with this job description.
Key ResponsibilitiesSensitization of the community to the Tier 1 EFHMessage the location and services provided by Samaritan's Purse to affected populations at ID sites Assists the van driver that goes to the ID center to help gather patients requiring medical careEnsure patients are aware of how to enter the Tier 1 EH and the proper registration protocols.
Assist with patient flow from entering the facility until patients exit the facility.Ensures opportunities are in place for safe, confidential reporting and community feedback with mechanisms to ensure accountability.
Work with staff to ensure care and communication is culturally sensitive.Provide guidance and community referral options as necessary.
Support compliance with standard infection prevention and control guidelines. Ensure patient confidentiality is respected at all times.Participate in trainings and mentoring provided by leadership.Other duties as assigned.
