VR Inn is a startup in the entertainment industry. During the lockdown, we were forced to make the pivot to SaaS VR training for manufacturers (B2B). The main goal was to find the product-market fit and validate the MVP on the market leading to an improved investment attraction.

Key Results


  • Conducted market research and created and implemented the product marketing strategy from scratch.

  • Validated the MVP and secured the product-market fit allowing us to raise $25k pre-seed from the Ukrainian Startup Fund and $10k from the GIZ fund.

  • Created an automated marketing funnel that gathered 300 MQLs (enterprise) during the 2 months of validation for the MVP.

  • Conducting market research and strategy in addition to designing both ICP and CJM

  • Working closely with the development and product teams.

  • Creating marketing materials along with the design team (website, proposal, pitch deck, video materials).

VR Inn is a startup in the entertainment industry. We developed our own Free-Roam VR games and created a SaaS marketplace for them. My main goal was to plan & implement a go-to-market strategy.

  • Implemented marketing strategy for our own Free-Roam VR location (B2C), which resulted in 80% booked time slots.

  • During the beginning of the lockdown, attracted new clients (B2B) from different parts of the world (US, Europe, Asia, Australia).

  • PR: Received an award from Aixar Academy of International Extended Reality for ??Rising VR Company of the Year (2020).

Estet is an event and media company in the beauty industry with more than 100 team members. My main strategic goal was to find new acquisition channels to grow the customer base. I managed a team of 9 specialists.

Key Results


  • Reduced marketing costs by 30% while keeping the results at the same level. Implemented KPIs for the team.

  • Created lead magnets that boosted the customer base significantly for about $0.01 per lead.

  • Planned and held webinars with a full return of the marketing investment.

  • Full marketing coverage for a brand-new event in the beauty industry that gathered the largest number of visitors in this market (30% of the tickets, as well as 80% of sponsorship packages, for the next year have already been sold).

  • Made the rebranding and new concept for the competition between the beauty specialists. As a result, it gathered the largest number of visitors in the industry, which was declared by the Ukrainian Guinness Book of Records.
