Jul 2022 – The USIM, Digital Media Planner (remote)

Responsibilities:

• Help develop, execute and media strategies, detailed plans from inception to completion (strategy/planning/buying) through different platforms such as Citrix MRI, StatSocial, 3Di.

• Create and oversee analysis of digital reporting via Google Campaign Manager, TapClicks, Tableau

• Interact with clients and participate in formal presentations of agency work

• Establish professional, productive rapport with sales representatives/media vendors/internal groups via daily emails/calls

• Verifying creative specs for launching campaigns (social/programmatic/SEM etc) and issuing them accordingly to clients

• Obtain, QA, and traffic creative for upcoming campaigns and confirming launch/media live dates

• Work with Budget Summaries, Flowcharts, Pacing campaign pulls.

• Creating Buysheets, CAs, IOs, EST# and Pixels requests.

• Analysis of Competitors, platforms for launching campaigns through Ad Intel and Pathmatics.

• Teamwork, discussion of clear goals and targets for the month
• Receive advertising demands and perform analysis on targeted audience demographics and needs (via Similar Web, Xtool and Ahrefs platforms)
• Identify means on how the targeted group will learn about the advertised product or service
• Collaborate with copywriters (e.g. Rotapost) to publish content and keynotes to all varieties of social media and websites
• Linkbuild for indexing via keywords for web crawling that attract the traffic to an advertises (via Sape, Trastik, Miralinks platforms)
• Mediate in purchasing of space for advertisement on US and EU web domains
