Result - launching processes from «0» to current work within the legislative.
Key Achievements:
  • Policy implementation: HQ policies adaptation, internal procedures development in accordance with the UA law (SIR, Code of Conduct, Business trip regulation, Document flow regulation etc.) – drawing, implementation, and monitoring
  • HR Management: orgchart, support&advise to management and staff on different issues, HR-functional and processes improvement, , Salary budget planning and control, support in strategic development and decision making, support internal corporate culture
  • Recruiting: job-description, job advertisement, candidate shortlist, interviews/tests + database maintenance, job-offer, employees onboarding/offboarding, briefing, IAP for trial period
  • Administration Management, Archiving: staff files/data keeping, service contracts, official letters drawing, e-logbooks (orders, contracts, letters registration and database), HR administration (employment agreements, timesheet, annual/sick leaves, payroll, staff orders, employees database, HR-reports), etc.
  • Legal support documentation archiving: HEKS general documentation management, support and keeping legal docs/status, assistance with registration documents (entity and bank), PoA + control of signers and documents, HR-legal advice in employment and finance areas
  • Expatriates support: expat’s visa assistance and database, briefings and induction training
  • Assessment: performance assessment, IAP, trial period/annual assessment, evaluation during hiring, 1-to-1 meetings, questionaries
  • Capacity building: team management, internal/external training organization, keeping training data, staff coaching
  • External collaboration: HR&Accounting Consulting, Medical Insurance Broker, Legal Consulting, cooperation with the other stakeholders, tender participation etc.
