Management of supply and logistics operations consisting of but not limited to purchasing and supplier management, import and export operations, warehouse management, storage, distribution and transportation;

Improvement of supply chain efficiency through identifying, implementing and modifying processes, advanced practices, technologies, infrastructure that best fits to the scope and size of the business and its long-term strategy;

Ensuring all regulatory and compliance measures relevant to Supply function are met by the business unit within corporate guidelines and legislation;

Building, management and leading of team by attracting, developing, and retaining and motivating people in line with the strategy of the company

• Launch of a new company on the international transportation market
• Participation in the development of strategy, development of new forwarding services
• Ensuring the operations of international forwarding, organization of international shipments by road and sea transport at the request of the head office
• Coordination of the company's operating activities: freight forwarding services, trucking by own transport, warehousing services
• Managing entrusted units, participating in optimizing the organizational structure, managing relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring interaction with other branches of the group of companies, monitoring the timely execution of customer orders, reporting to the director of E van Wijk Logistics Poland & Ukraine, developing and motivating employees, ensuring KPI runtime

• Providing legitimate foreign trade activities of the company
• Organization of supply of fashion garments from Western Europe to Ukraine for the retail network
• Suppliers Relationship Management: negotiation on terms and condition, order placing, purchasing, primary accounting
• Arranging of international shipments, customs handling (import/export), warehouse management, ERP management
• Cooperation with international freight forwarders and customs agents.

• Providing legitimate foreign trade activities of the company. Development of pricing policy within the import purchases and delivery, cost forecasting, analysis of differences;
• Ensuring the increase of import and export profitability;
• Initiating studies of foreign markets, seeking for new suppliers of the goods;
• Organization of negotiations and presentations for goods and servicesuppliers;
• Implementation of procurement plans, analysis of contract terms, and reliability of supply, ensuring the timely execution and placement of purchase orders, coordination of contracts with suppliers, participate in determining the types and timing of payments under the contracts;
• Organization of external and internal logistics, budgeting;
• Control over the transportation of imported goods, analysis of service quality and time of delivery;
• Coordination of imported goods certification and registration processas well as customs clearance;
• Control over payment terms, obtaining of permits, accounting in ERP;
• Working with claims and complaints;
• Resolution of the problematic issues in obtaining of permits, as well as resolving conflicts with contractors and clients.
• Optimization of working time, development of optimal schemes for procurement, transportation;
• Training new employees;
• Personnel management, development and adoption of new regulatory documents, working out of amendments and additions to existing ones.
