- Assist in the planning, formalization, and execution of wash/shelter projects.
- Conduct on - site assessments and verifications, ensuring the appropriateness and quality of interventions.
- Oversee the measurement of construction and restoration projects to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions for wash/shelter staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with the other departments in the development of training materials and programs.
- Act as fund's representative in wash/shelter - related forums, clusters, and meetings.

- Collaborate with the meal team to evaluate the impact of interventions. Provide timely reports to the program manager, detailing project progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of fund's strategic approach in the wash/shelter sectors in ukraine.
- Analyze emerging needs and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring the responsiveness and flexibility of fund's approach.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Assist in market assessments and vendor evaluations to ensure quality and value for money.
- Perform other management orders as needed.
- Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.
- Complies with labor discipline, labor protection and safety rules, fire - prevention requirements, industrial sanitation and labor hygiene rules, safety, and environmental regulations and guidelines.
