Support partners by hosting webinars aimed to transmit knowledge related to technical aspects and features of the company's product.

Perform Install sessions and configuration of the product.

Help sale's personnel with tenders

• Resolve 2nd Line customer complaint tickets , received by inbound calls / email, concerning software (intraoral scanning software, SQL database, MS Windows administration, wired and wirelss networking) and hardware (Laptops , PCs, proprietary devices) within company KPI & standards.

• Fill-up CRM accordingly in order to track down and report actions taken to solve the issues .

• T1 tech. support on MS Windows Server and Vmware infrastructure of the customer
• System monitoring by Nagios and AEM monitoring solutions
• Troubleshoot and configuration of Commvault , Backup Exec and Veeam backup jobs for the company's customers
• Work in Shifts during nights and weekends

• To consult the customer suggesting the best choices among the company's products portfolio among a huge set of security cameras, routers, hotspots and so on .
• To support the company sales persons suggesting the best solution for the customers,
• Provide tier 2 technical support to the company's international customers (in Latvian / Italian / English) via proprietary CRM (Kayako), Amazon ticketing system, Ebay ticketing system, Email, phone, and live.
• To relate with the Italian income authorities in order to process all tax declarations (VAT declarations) and prepare the required documents.
• To take care of customers RMAs

As one of the three founders and member of the board my duties where to act as the technical and sale part of the company :

-Administration of the mining farm ( approximately 250 gpus mostly nvidia ) remotely and on site

- Choose the components to assemble the mining equipment

-Update and develop the Propertary Debian based os installed on the mining hardware

• To consult customers.
• To formulate and propose technical and commercial specifications for corporate and state tenders.
• To deal with the B2B sales representative to get better prices and offers on the required merchandise.
• To determine the profit margins on secured customers' sales relating to the market's offer.
• To manage the company supply for the retail department.
• To manage the RMA.

• To administer and ensure the correct functioning of the Company Network and IT infrastructure.
• To schedule and execute the maintenance on company's IT infrastructure. (6 clients + 1 Server).
• To ensure the correct functioning of company's electronic industrial assets ( flow pack packagers, barcode scanners , standalone serial printers , stand alone barcode thermal printers ) Mostly working with GSP System and Intermec devices

• To contact a potential customer by phone or by email in order to finalize a contract for internet / tv / mobile services.
