• Supporting the preparation of reports for donors, including the collection of thematic research and quantitative data to demonstrate the progress of HALO in accordance with donor requirements.
• Assisting in writing concept notes, proposals, and tenders for donors with the aim of attracting additional funding.
• Coordinating reporting requirements with relevant departments (financial, logistical, and operational).
• Supporting communication with other departments, including participation in Program meetings and working groups on behalf of the Partnership and informing the Team about all relevant conclusions.
• Responding to information requests from interested parties.
• Assisting in the Program’s external and internal communications.
• Started leading the Canadian Government assistance project “Gender-Inclusive Demining for a Sustainable Future in Ukraine” as a PM (Program Manager).
• Led the Latvian Embassy assistance project as a PM (Program Manager) until the final report was provided to the donor.

Duties:

• Worked on digital competencies for healthcare workers and developed information culture, digital literacy, cybersecurity, and cyber hygiene.
• Served as a national curator assisting foreign doctors volunteering in Ukraine.
• Checked healthcare institutions for compliance with internship base requirements and listed them on the Ministry of Health’s official website.
• Collaborated with the National Health Service of Ukraine on intern doctors funded by the state budget.
• Developed a draft resolution for the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025.
• Participated in digital transformation teams for Ukrainian medicine, including the development and implementation of the Unified State Portal of vacancies for medical workers.
• Participated in an interdepartmental working group on the development of the Strategy of Inclusive Education in Ukraine.
• Consulted Regional Departments of Health employees on various requests and translated documents and participated in online meetings as a translator.
• Worked with the State Bureau of Investigation and processed requests/appeals from citizens and organizations.
• Processed applications of Ukrainian medical workers who moved to the Baltic countries due to aggression and needed document verification by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
• Clarified needs and processed information for various databases and references at the request of the Ministry of Health leadership.
• Processed information for the annual competition of scientific research works and participated as a secretary in the commission of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Achievements:

• Established an effective communication system and obtained information on intern doctors, aiding the National Health Service of Ukraine in speeding up data processing/verification.
• Established clear communication with the Department of Health / Regional Health Department, facilitating information gathering for monthly reports and creating online databases for Ministry of Health employees.
• Streamlined interaction with foreign volunteer doctors, published a detailed procedure of interaction on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine website, and created an online form for automatic reception and efficient data verification.
