Main working responsibilities:

• provide sales and inventory analysis and maintain accurate updates with regard to product sales forecasts in units
• coordination of demand planning process in order to provide transparent, accurate and realistic demand forecast
• constantly improve the consistency of all data, giving input to the trend analyses, budgets and business plans; to provide Regional Supply Planning with forecasts and/or procurement plans;
• to observe the optimized stock inventory level as per company standards and business requirements;
• accountable for calculation, tracking and reporting on slow moving / short ShL products / damaged goods for preventing the stock obsolesces; to anticipate, identify, analyze, monitor and report the risks and values related to stock and product destruction;
• to provide, review and manage all necessary data for monthly KPI's Dashboard, OOS and Alert situations and other reports, sales forecasts, trend analysis, budgets, business plans, to provide detailed analysis for any related gaps and issues and systems upgrade improving accuracy, ensuring consistency and proper functioning of the operational tools and elaborating action-plans where necessary;
• SOP presentation preparation, to handle monthly SOP meeting;
• to implement into practice on the affiliate level the global SCh initiatives related to the portfolio rationalization and improvement of gross margin.

Main working responsibilities:

• provide sales analysis and maintain product sales forecasts;
• execution of demand planning, i.e. forecasting, placing and managing orders to Sanofi's production sites located in multiple countries;
• monthly management reporting including: out of stock and alert situations, stock provisions, potential turnover and other KPI's;
• provide inventory management, stock coverage and shelf-life coordination;
• manage Replenishment orders for incoming goods to warehouse and optimize level of safety stock according to company standards and business requirements;
• manage product delivery including customs clearing, coordination with plants, distribution platforms, logistics and local warehouse;
• provide Packaging Variation Coordination via tracking and co-ordination of all ongoing registrations, product renewals, variations, which require safety stock building for concerned products due to absence of transition period between switching to new packaging
• Master data management;
• launches of new products on the local market, including a) preparation of forecasts, b) coordination between production, regulatory and marketing units, c) signing SLA with the plants, d) ensure accurate launch preparation and tracking;

Key achievements:

• All Supply Chain requirements were kept and carefully observed on daily basis;
• Number of new products were successfully launched in Ukraine.

Main working responsibilities:

• build and maintain relationships with distributors and wholesalers,

• proceed with order taking and invoicing by performing coordination of customers' regular and tender purchase orders and payments in cooperation with other departments,
• follow-up the affiliate price-lists,
• regular review the products with remaining shelf-life and work out the scenarios for potential slow-movers, write-offs and compensations,
• perform the proper management for the customers' back orders, claims, returns, compensations and proceed with credit notes formalization observing standards and rules,
• follow up the processes and documents for the Quality control and release steps, including the maintenance of the incoming Certificates of Quality, their translations, monitor the Quality Release tool and Quality Conclusions issue,
• monitor and consolidate customers' inventories and in-market distribution reports, handling customers' forecasts for exclusive products portfolio,
• monitor changes in legislation and normative documents in in-house and foreign economic activity and pharmaceutical business,
• ensure regular exchange of information, transversal cooperation and data exchange with affiliate business units and supporting functions observing the required confidentiality and group policy.

Key achievements:

• all information systems requirements, procedures and rules for proper maintenance of all Supply Chain processes were observed,

• sales administration for continual improvement in terms of customer service quality, safety, cost-efficiency, customer satisfaction and technical resources reducing destructions, lead-time and potential delays were completely provided.

Main working responsibilities:

• responsible for the main distributors and key accounts

• credit limits by each client management (the balance of each Client calculation on a daily basis, the size of credit limit tracking, carrying on negotiations with clients and Finance department regarding credit limit increase/decrease based on bank guarantee and sales volume, negotiations regarding new bank guarantee issue from the client size to increase credit limit)
• clients orders execution, orders value calculation on a daily basis, client balance after all orders calculation, negotiations regarding additional payments if needed
• supply plan by each client tracking on a daily and a monthly basis
• close cooperation with Logistics Centers (LC/warehouses) and Transport Department in terms of time, place and size of clients orders delivery
• responsible for Customer Service Department daily reports
