Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience in IT-company as HR Generalist
- Working knowledge of various sourcing techniques and processes to attract qualified candidates
- Understanding of HR processes
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws, legislations
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Critical thinker & problem solver
Duties:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Support the design and delivery of training programs that address the needs of the business and contribute to the professional growth of our employees.
- Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate a seamless onboarding process
- Oversee and streamline HR operations, including but not limited to payroll processing, HRIS management, and record-keeping ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Monitor changes in employment legislation and ensure that HR practices are complying. Assist in the management of HR risks, including employee relations issues and compliance challenges.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee relations issues and providing guidance on policies and procedures
- Maintaining a motivational climate in the company
- Administer employee benefits programs and other perks
