We're looking for an Assistant Lawyer to join our team. We specialize in corporate law, IT law, and work extensively with fintech companies. We think outside the box, creatively approaching complex tasks. Our team is always focused on success and achieving results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contract work (knowledge of international law and ability to work with English-language documents is necessary).
- Participation in preparing internal documents and company policies (understanding of GDPR, MoR, AML procedures is required).
- Preparation of documents for company registration and account opening abroad.
- Preparation of documents for claims and litigation (knowledge of corporate law is mandatory).
- Detailed data collection and deep analysis (OSINT skills are welcomed).
- Participation in preparing legal opinions and other documents.
- Providing other legal assistance to the lawyer.
If you are:
- Responsible and able to work in a team.
- Self-organized.
- Ambitious.
- Communicative.
- Possess analytical thinking.
- Have English proficiency at level A2 or above.
- Possess all the competencies listed in the tasks.
- You don't know everything, but you know where to find the answer to complex tasks — you're the one we're looking for.
Your work schedule will be hybrid, both online (with flexible hours depending on the client's time zone) and offline (representing clients in court, government agencies, and law enforcement).
The probationary period is up to 3 months. Working conditions are negotiable.
