We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our legal team to assist with international contracts, corporate structuring and taxation matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing international contracts, negotiating terms, support opening bank accounts and provide legal advice to internal teams on contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, on a wide range of legal issues, but with a main focus on software license agreement.
- Analyze and interpret contract terms and provisions and provide legal advice to internal teams on contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and operations, to ensure contracts and agreements are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Legal research of legislation of various jurisdictions (UA, EU, USA), constant monitoring of changes in legislation applicable to the company and provide guidance to internal teams as needed.
- Setting up legal entities abroad and in Ukraine, and opening accounts in foreign banks, pass the KYC procedures.
- Work closely with external contractors as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in as a commercial lawyer in a top-tier Ukrainian law firm.
- Speak and write in English, at least at the upper intermediate level.
- In-depth knowledge of contract writing and understanding of the basic concepts in taxation
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to details and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with Fintech and iGaming companies or startups is a plus.

Probation
- Standard probation — 3 months (maybe exceptional cases)
