International Litigation Department
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in local/regional/global projects as a member of the team, as required, to ensure optimum outcomes for the clients;
- Analysis of cases in Ukrainian and International Law;
- Development of legal strategy of the case;
- Preparation of the necessary procedural documents;
- Representation of clients in court;
- Support enforcement proceedings;
- Communication with the clients.
Requirements:
- Degree in law from reputable state universities (LLM is a plus);
- At least 3 years of work experience as a senior associate in reputable local or international law firm;
- Good knowledge of procedural law;
- Relevant experience in Dispute Resolutions (commercial disputes, not less than 3 years) on the wide variety of issues and experience of representing clients' interests in international arbitration institutions is a plus;
- Brilliant drafting skills;
- Fluent spoken and written legal and business English is a must;
- Attorney’s status.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Strong drive and initiative;
- Resilience and tenacity - able to remain effective and focused under pressure;
- Results-driven personality;
- Confidence to interact at all levels;
- Team player.
