The Role:
Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and creative VIP Client manager responsible for ensuring a high level of communication with clients and their successful experience with our agency.
Responsibilities:
As a VIP Client manager, you aim to build strong relationships with clients. This position is mostly about communication with them (verbal and written), making sure the client’s success is achieved.
- You will lead a limited number of clients simultaneously: we are about the Quality over Quantity approach.
- You need to build a solid connection with a client, dive deep into it, and make sure that the client’s success is achieved.
Key skills:
- Previous experience in Sales, Retention, or Customer Success is a plus;
- Knowledge of how to “sell the idea” to a client, guarantee the client’s satisfaction, and bring his experience with us to the top level;
- Spanish (B2) is a minimum you need to possess, we have clients from different countries;
- Proficient communication skills are a must: you know how to find a connection with a client, sell the idea, convince the client, and promote your opinion. You will work on the client’s success, so you need to communicate a lot. Furthermore, you need to persuade others to agree with your ideas or proposals;
- Be proactive.
- Don’t wait while the client writes to you. Write to him first instead, ask more, propose more, discover new approaches, and combine them in your work;
