About Us:

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Benefits Manager to lead and optimize our benefits’ strategy, ensuring it remains competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with both business goals and employee needs.

Role Overview:
As the Benefits Manager, you will oversee the development, management, and optimization of the company’s benefits programs, including health, wellness and insurance plans. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and external partners to ensure the benefits strategy supports employee satisfaction and retention, while maintaining compliance with legal standards. This role requires both strategic leadership and a hands-on approach to benefits administration, as well as the ability to adapt to changing market trends and workforce needs.

Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on health and wellness program management.
• Strong expertise in benefits program design (health, retirement, insurance, wellness), including vendor negotiation and management.
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of HRIS systems to track and report on benefits participation and costs.
• Extensive knowledge of local and international benefits compliance and legal standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Certifications in Benefits Administration (e.g., CEBS) or related fields are a plus.

Responsibilities:
Benefits Strategy & Administration:
• Design, develop, and manage the company’s employee benefits programs, including health, life, disability insurance and wellness initiatives.
• Regularly review and update benefits packages to ensure competitiveness, employee satisfaction, and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to benefits, including insurance regulations, tax laws, and international standards.

Benefits Program Optimization:
• Analyze the effectiveness of current benefits programs, gathering employee feedback, conducting market research, and performing cost analysis to propose improvements.
• Negotiate with benefits providers to ensure high-quality services and competitive pricing for the company.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:
• Partner with HR, finance, and department heads to align benefits programs with organizational goals and budget constraints.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners such as insurance brokers and wellness program providers, ensuring smooth program administration.

Employee Communication & Support:
• Develop and execute communication plans to educate employees on their benefits options, ensuring they understand how to access and maximize their benefits.
• Provide direct support to employees, addressing their questions and concerns regarding benefits in a clear and helpful manner.

Reporting & Compliance:
• Track and analyze participation rates, program costs, and employee satisfaction, preparing reports for senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Ensure that all benefits programs comply with local and international laws and regulatory standards, maintaining legal compliance and tax efficiency.
