About Us:
PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry.
As part of our growth, we are expanding our Compensation & Benefits team and are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bonus Systems Specialist to join us.

Role Overview:
As a Bonus Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the company’s bonus programs. You will ensure that our bonus structures align with business objectives, motivate employees, and remain competitive within the industry. Working closely with the Compensation Manager, department heads, and HR, you will help develop and refine bonus strategies that drive performance and support employee retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation, with a focus on bonus program design and management.
• Strong expertise in designing and automating bonus systems for efficiency and transparency.
• Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to optimize bonus programs using data-driven insights.
• Experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools for managing bonus-related data.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
• Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Bonus Program Design & Implementation:
• Design and develop performance-based bonus programs in collaboration with department heads and the Compensation Manager.
• Ensure bonus programs are aligned with company goals, employee performance metrics, and industry standards.
• Automate bonus systems to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

Bonus System Optimization:
• Regularly review and optimize bonus programs based on feedback, business performance, and market trends.
• Analyze the effectiveness of current bonus systems, identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure they remain motivating and fair.
• Provide recommendations to ensure bonus structures are competitive and support employee retention and attraction.

Documentation & Communication:
• Create detailed documentation and clear communication materials for employees, explaining bonus eligibility, metrics, and payout structures.
• Work closely with HR and department heads to ensure employees are informed and have easy access to bonus program information.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:
• Collaborate with finance and HR to ensure the timely and accurate payout of bonuses.
• Work with department heads to customize bonus structures that meet specific business unit needs while aligning with company-wide goals.
• Ensure consistent application of bonus-related policies across all departments and locations.

Market Benchmarking & Analysis:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market practices in bonus program design and implementation.
• Benchmark the company’s bonus structures against competitors to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
