As part of our growth, we are expanding our Compensation & Benefits team and are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join us.

Role Overview:
As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing compensation data, conducting salary benchmarking, and ensuring that our compensation structures are competitive, fair, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. You will work closely with the Compensation Manager and HR team to develop salary reviews, job grading processes, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems, compensation tools, and Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of job evaluation methods and salary benchmarking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze Compensation Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret internal and external salary data to assess market competitiveness.
• Support Salary Reviews: Assist in the development and execution of the annual salary review process, ensuring consistency and equity across the company.
• Compensation Audits: Conduct regular audits of existing compensation structures, ensuring alignment with internal job grading and external benchmarks.
• Bonus Program Evaluation: Support the analysis of bonus programs to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with company performance goals.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry compensation trends, providing recommendations for adjustments to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed compensation reports, analysis, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and department heads to ensure alignment on compensation strategies.
