Middle Qualitative Researcher, Market Research

Info Sapiens is one of the biggest local research agencies in Ukraine and is now actively developing a market research department. 

We are looking for a motivated Middle Researcher who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and is willing to work in a highly dynamic environment. 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage consumer research studies ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of research findings (both on your own and with the support of more senior colleagues);
• Design research studies, including preparation of research tools (guides, screeners, questionnaires);
• Take part in the preparation of research proposals, look for ways to solve a Client’s business issues creatively;
• Act as the liaison between the Client and Operations teams, either internal (own Operations team) or external (third-party suppliers);
• Prepare actionable and visually pleasant research reports, being ready to present findings to Clients;
• Develop Client relationships - work closely with clients to understand their research objectives and provide customized solutions.

Job requirements:

• University degree in Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, or other related fields;
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of market research(work experience in a research agency is expected);
• Knowledge of qualitative research methods;
• Knowledge of English (written, spoken) – B1 or more;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• A proficient/native level of Ukrainian is expected;
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret research data and derive meaningful insights;
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills to effectively manage projects and convey research results to Clients;
• Collaborative mindset;
• Living in Kyiv is a plus, but remote job options are negotiable.
