We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our partner company. It’s a Ukrainian startup in the iGaming Industry. You will play a vital role in the organization’s HR/Recruitment initiatives to drive effective people strategies.
Responsibilities:
HR:
Create and implement company HR policies and procedures;
Onboarding and adaptation of newcomers;
1-1 meetings and annual evaluations;
Team-specific engagement activities;
Internal events planning and execution;
Company compensation and benefits administration;
Measurement of employee satisfaction, involvement, and loyalty;
Recruitment:
Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates.
Requirements:
Proven 2+ years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role;
Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development;
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders;
Ability to work independently;

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment within short deadlines
