Shipping Freight Company invites a talented Customer Relations Manager to join our team.
We are a modern international logistics company specializing in organizing sea container shipments for import, export, and transit deliveries.
With over 18 years of experience in the logistics services market, we provide high-quality services to clients from various business sectors.
Main Requirements:
- Experience in selling logistics services, particularly sea container shipments;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to effectively interact with customers at all stages of transportation;
- Ability to quickly respond to customer inquiries and provide qualified support;
- English language proficiency at a B2-С1 level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients Europe market;
- Actively searching for new clients and market opportunities;
- Communicating with clients at all stages of transportation: from order processing to cargo delivery;
- Conducting negotiations and signing contracts;
- Providing information support to clients regarding the company's services.
