We are looking for an Account Group Head to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine, to work with one of our key international client.
Responsibilities:
- Building, maintaining, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. Deeply understanding client needs, business objectives, and brand essence. Serving as the main point of contact for defined Client’s business unites, ensuring effective and timely communication between clients and the agency.
- Collaborating with the Strategic Director to formulate and refine media strategies. Demonstrated understanding of media landscape, including trends, audience segmentation, and media consumption patterns.
- Transforming strategic media plans into actionable, detailed tactics. Ensuring that the tactical plans are executed accurately and efficiently to meet the client's objectives.
- Leading, coaching, and developing the Account Managers and Executives.
- Creating, overseeing, and optimizing client media budgets. Ensuring campaigns are executed within the agreed budget parameters.
- Proactively identifying potential challenges and developing solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
- 7+ years in marketing, including leadership roles.
- Proficiency in media research tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of Compliance and Industry Regulations
- Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills.
- Budget management and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- At least an upper intermediate level of written & verbal English
