We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Partnerships team. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational structure related to partnerships, and creating a link between different teams within the company and our key business partners. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and soft skills, be good at problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
You will:
- Manage onboarding of new business partners (researching the market to find suitable partners, organizing intro calls, facilitating communication between the teams, and assisting in the signature process).
- Participate in negotiations with business partners in various verticals.
- Identify bottlenecks in cooperation between partnerships and other teams, and work on process improvement.
- Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners (Apple, Google, Meta, etc.) and other partnership meetings.
- Perform operational tasks, including gathering information from internal teams, liaising with partners to ensure quality answers to our requests, and facilitating employee access to external services.
From you:
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English.
- Knowledge of how to work with G-suite instruments (Sheets, Presentations, Documents, Gmail, etc).
- Passion to improve and organize processes around you.
- Attention to detail and a reasonable level of perfectionism.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow in negotiations and partnerships.
Will be an advantage:
- A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in business negotiations.
