Requirements:

  • Higher education in medical, healthcare; 
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing of top-ranked, mostly multinational companies;
  • Good understanding of Marketing Strategy and Concepts of Marketing in Rx Business, oncology;
  • Deep knowledge of regional pharmaceutical market, of its conditions/environment, features and specificity, general information in medical and pharmaceutical sectors;
  • Knowledge of structure of local healthcare facilities, pharmacies and hospitals, understanding of product promotion to healthcare specialists; 
  • Knowledge of pharmacological and physiological details in operating TAs and brands;
  • Deep knowledge and extensive experience of different marketing techniques, concepts and tools;
  • Deep knowledge and extensive experience of relationship management techniques for KOLs management etc;
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic brand management competencies;
  • Basic skills of computer usage and ability to work with MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
  • English – Upper intermediate; Ukrainian – native speaker;
  • Driver license - B category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a differentiated marketing strategy and promotional plan, for existing brands and new launches and control of execution strategy;
  • Understand and analyze market situation and brand dynamics with respect to competitors and customer preferences;
  • Develop differentiated marketing strategy, according to the brand or TA requirement and its discussing/ presenting to immediate manager for approval;
  • Drive the KOL management and engagement strategy and maximizing KOL relationships for all the targeted TA;
  • Develop KOL management and engagement plans; Ensure effective and compliance engagement of all KOLs;
  • Prepare effective and impactful action plans for each brand;
  • Devise creative and innovative promotional themes and campaigns for a Cycle to ensure maximizing of SoV and brand recall with respect to competition;
  • Ensure that promotional plans / activities are within the budget and in compliance with internal procedures and legislation;
  • Improve brand image, perception and ensure growth of market share and secondary sales;
  • Select optimal promotional mix with a mix of Activities, Round Tables, CMEs, Symposia, Visual Aids, scientific promotional materials and other promotional tools;
  • Develop brand presentations and strategy briefings for strategy briefing meetings/cycle meetings/new launch meetings for KAS;
  • Market Analysis and New product evaluation/ ideation;
  • Conduct SWOT analysis for key brands and developing actions accordingly;
  • Budgeting and Expense control.
