Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of Junior Brand manager (Consumer Health division), temporary position while maternity leave.
Major tasks and responsibilities:
- Evaluation of possibilities in respective competitive markets, participation in brands’ strategy development in order to increase CH market share in respective OTC market segments.
- Support Category Head in collaboration with Opinion Leaders: elaboration of co-operation plan and their effective introduction, document flow etc.
- Participating in development of educational projects for pharmacists & HCPs.
- Participating in promotional materials for pharmacists and HCPs elaboration.
- Regular analysis of marketing information, competitors’ activities, identification of HCP&Pharm needs, evaluation of possibilities on brands’ development in HCP&Pharm and cost effectiveness of marketing activities evaluation.
- Manage effective agency partnerships involved in all marketing initiatives.
- Setting tasks and objectives on brands’ promotion to external executors and Field Force within respective projects and ongoing control of the execution.
- Coordinating scientific events.
- Coordinating scientific & educational materials’ workflow.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
- Higher education in Medical or Pharmaceuticals, Economics or Marketing.
- 2+ years’ experience in international pharmaceutical company (OTC) in Marketing or Sales.
- Solid knowledge and understanding Pharmaceutical market.
- Knowledge of local healthcare system organization.
- Ability to handle multiple and complex tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, responsible and well-organized.
- Fluent English.
- Key competencies: drives result and customer centricity, collaboration, manages ambiguity
