Bayer Ltd, International company open the vacancy of Event & Disclosure Specialist (temporary position while maternity leave of permanent employee).
Responsibilities:
- Event management operations:
- Professionally organize external and internal events
- Contract supplier management
- Manage attendee and travel matters
- Coordinate event on site
- Ensure data collection, processing and documents storage in the local and global systems
- Conduct financial closing, analytics and reporting
- Administration of relevant docs’ flow, control of monthly payments;
- Serve as key contact for internal customers so that they can focus on their core business activities
- Other operations tasks.
General requirements:
- Higher education. Master’s degree in hospitality management (events, hotel and conference, travel management) or Economics is of advantage
- Professional knowledge, skills and experience in event management and travel coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks
- Analytical, critical and problem-solving skills
- Convincing and sensitive in relationship to internal and external partners
- Ability to negotiate in English
- Negotiation and teamwork skills, ability to work independent, self-initiative taking, reliable, resilient and flexible
- Prioritizing, multitasking and time-management skills
- IT skills to collect, analyze and present information in spreadsheets and databases
- Careful attention to detail
- Written communication skills
