Senior Consultant, Tax Advisory Group

You will initially focus on the following tasks:
- Comprehensive analysis of tax risks/ areas of tax concern based on the tax legislation, accounting standards, court practice and clarifications
- Preparing tax advices/ reports/ accounting policies and other tax deliverables
- Participation in client meetings and conference calls
- Drafting contracts and documents, assisting with internal KPMG procedures
- Drafting proposals and responses to clients’ requests
- Coordination of work of junior team members
- Assisting Managers in market development activities
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the Ukrainian tax legislation as well as accounting standards (UNAS/ IFRS)
- Working experience in tax function, tax department in consulting firm and/or a Big 4 firm
- Education in tax, accounting or finance
- Fluent Ukrainian, confident written English
- Confident user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Professional qualifications will be a benefit (DipIFR, ACCA, CIPA, etc.)
- Responsible, goal-oriented, ready to work hard
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team
- Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
- Good analytical and organizational skills, critical mindset
- Friendly, confident, attentive to details
