We’re now looking for Product Application Engineer (Technical sales manager) to increase product knowledge through local market. The person will report to the director of Industrial Automation department based in Kyiv.
Main function:
Sales support and promotion portfolio of drive products (low voltage, high voltage, servo drives) for internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Market analysis, preparation of a marketing plan for promoting focus products (ATV6XX, ATV9XX, ATV).
- Development of a promotion strategy in priority areas.
- Development of a business model for sales by key channels.
- Prompt adjustment of the existing offer to market requirements on a quarterly basis.
- Introduction of new products to the market.
- Technical support (pre-sales/after-sales)
- Analysis of competitors at the market.
- Monitoring of Price policy for given offer.
- Tale part in the development of commercial policy.
- Preparation of a documentation (technical, marketing, legal, logistical) for the focus equipment.
- Development and organization of marketing activities to promote the focus equipment (internal and external presentations, in Ukrainian and English, video, WEB seminars, etc.).
- Preparation of commercial offer, negotiation, orders preparation.
- Implementation of the sales plan.
- Work with internal customers to find key customers in their area of responsibility.
- Monitoring the orders, informing customers about the stages of execution, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of delivery of ordered equipment, increase customer satisfaction
- Preparation of sales forecast monthly.
- Conducting internal and external trainings to promote equipment.
- Participation in training programs, seminars and exhibitions to improve the professional level and work efficiency.
Required skills and experience:
- Higher education (technical).
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical/commercial positions.
- Ukrainian – native/fluent, English – intermediate.
- Experience in marketing.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the team.
- Active position, ability to learn quickly, focus on results and quality.
- Readiness for business trips (25% of working time)
- Driving license category B.
