A global leader in semiconductor, telecommunications and digital media equipment is seeking an experienced and responsible Product/Category Manager.

Key Task: market analysis and implementation of business solutions to enhance sales effectiveness.

The Product/Category Manager should take over current company projects and tasks within the company and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis, insights finding, recommendation and implementation of business solutions for performance enhancement on a Monthly, weekly basis (SO, IHS, MS, P2P).

  • Development and implementation of Product, Marketing and Sales strategies.

  • Go-To-Market strategy implementation (GTM), new models launch (guidance of Sales, MarCom, RM, SCM teams).

  • Management of various regulatory issues.

  • Market Demand forecast (Weekly, Monthly basis).

  • Import planning (sell-in), WOS management (sell-out).

  • Price positioning (T&C and Profit Management).

  • Assortment matrices negotiations (and regular business negotiations) with Partners.

  • Financial planning.

  • Internal ecosystem maintenance (dashboards, price lists, specifications etc.).

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of English.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience (Product Manager, Key Account Manager, Category Manager).

  • Analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerBI (complete formulas, pivot tables) and high level of PowerPoint.

  • A positive approach, the ability to work under pressure, and handle changes and uncertainty.

  • The ability to analyze information, prioritize the client, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
