GROUPE SEB Ukraine - international company with operations in almost 150 countries, the world leader in Small Household Equipment (Tefal, Moulinex, Rowenta, Krups and many others) is looking for a Candidate on Product Marketing Manager position.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information;
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products;
- Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies;
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests;
- Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs;
- Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production;
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders;
- Cooperation with Media and other agencies, conducting tenders, managing activities etc.
Main requirements:
- University degree;
- 5 + years of professional experience on the same position;
- Product Management;
- People Management;
- Understanding the Customer;
- Product Development;
- Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning and Strategy
- Fluent English is a must
- Advanced MS Office User
