Our partner, the Europe’s largest automotive retail company is offering the unique possibility to join the team on one of key positions as Product & Sales Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Developing training strategy and plans;
- Conducting Product and Sales Trainings;.
- Improve efficiency of Sales Teams of dealerships via coaching of the Sales managers;
- Ensure the dealers achieve better quantity and quality results;
- Gathering and sharing Best Practices, expert knowledge, preparation of status managerial reports on regular basis;
- Organize educational events for the Dealers;
- Ensure synergy between Sales, Aftersales teams of Dealer/Importer.
- Conducting skills gap analyzes, translation and preparing learning material, and evaluating results after each training session.
- Manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities, and web-based learning.
- Taking part in training events by the manufacturer.
- Support of dealer’s assessment processes and trainings for dealerships within sales processes, monitoring the quality.
General requirements:
- University degree;
- English is obligatory (Upper Intermediate level), German will be an advantage;
- Driver's license category "B“;
- Excellent organizational and computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel);
- Experience in trainings and education processes;
- Work experience in automotive;
- Personal qualities: energy, optimism, confidence, sociability, focus on results, ability to present yourself and to teach.
