We are not looking for regular Team Leads to head our sales teams! We are looking for extraordinary, motivated, and ambitious people who can think out of the box, act as fast as possible, and challenge themselves every day and minute.

Bookimed Platform#1 of Medical Tourism since 2014. Our main goal is to provide the best medical treatment/medical solutions to our patients all over the world.

We invite you to work as a Sales Team Lead targeting at the USA market.

Working hours 14:00-17:00-22:00-1:00;

Responsibilities:


  • Team Management: ensuring the effective management of the sales team (7-10 people), including motivation, training and development of employees.

  • Goal setting and planning: developing strategic plans and setting realistic goals for the team monitoring the achievement of these goals and adjusting the strategy if necessary.

  • Analysis and monitoring of results: Track key performance indicators (KPI), analyze sales results, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies: developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve business goals.

  • Provision of training and development: organization of training, seminars, and other forms of exercise to improve the qualifications of team members.

  • Communication with other departments: collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and other departments to achieve common goals.

  • Conflict resolution: resolving internal conflicts and problems that may arise in the team.

  • Reporting and presentation of results: preparing reports on sales results and presenting them to company management.

  • Building a team from scratch/hiring process/onboarding;

Must have:


  • Experience in sales at the USA market;

  • Experience in system business. 
  • Ability to build processes and automation

    ;

  • Proven experience in managing a team of at least 7 people;

  • Proven experience in conducting training/motivation meetings/seminars;

  • Knowledge of developing strategic plans/goals setting;

  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve team performance/KPI;

  • High organizational and communication skills;

  • High level of English - B2 level (?); 

  • Experience working with employees and solving their problems;

  • Desire to develop and learn new things;
