Medical Billing Specialist
We’re looking for a Medical Billing Specialist.
Requirements: English — fluently speaking;
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Process:
Manage customer accounts and process payments.
Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
Review and follow up on outstanding balances.
Handle verification requests and audits.
Communication and Customer Service:
Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding AR inquiries.
Respond to AR-related emails and calls.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless AR operations.
Reporting and Analysis:
Review AR collection and denial reports.
Review correspondence and rejection data to ensure the submission is complete.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Medical Billing Specialist specialist or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and AR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working schedule: Monday-Friday; Evening shifts: 16:00—23:00 Ukranian Time.
